One of
the best ways to get more information on buying
property on the Costa Blanca is to first make a
visit to the many Spanish Property Exhibitions and
shows located around Europe every weekend. You can
check your local newspaper, the internet or Spanish
Property Magazines for information on the
exhibitions in your local area.
They
are normally held in Hotels and Sports Stadiums
though the larger ones will occupy a large
exhibition centre and will last for two to three
days to enable most people to be able to visit.
The
larger exhibitions require you pay a fee to enter so
it is a good idea to register your interest with the
Spanish real estate agents first because this will
mean that you will get free tickets to visit these
larger exhibitions. They may have as many as 100
different estate agents promoting their services so
you will need to ensure you have plenty of time to
look around.
 |
They will
provide seminars and film shows to give you
an insight into everything you need to know
about buying property on the Costa Blanca.
Professional legal advisors are always on
hand to give you all of the information
regarding Spanish Property Law for buyers.
At the end of the seminars you will always
be able to ask questions on any aspect of
buying property in Spain.
You can book
inspection tours with any of the real estate
agents and the cost of these differs
depending on the length of tour. Some of the
estate agents will have special offers
available and some have been known to fly
you offer for free. |
The
tour application forms will list your property
requirements in detail along with your available
budget etc. This information will enable their
offices in Spain to plan the itinerary for your
visit to ensure they show you the types of property
you requested in the locations you prefer.
The
smaller Spanish Property Shows ones are normally
free and anyone can come along without invitation.
Inside the smaller shows you may find their are
organized by one real estate agent so they will only
show you general resale properties and new
developments on their books. You will be able to
book inspection flights and someone is always on
hand to answer any of your questions.
Although the smaller Spanish Property Shows are a
little restrictive they can still provide some
valuable information that you can only receive by
talking to the experts. I would always favour the
larger Spanish Property Exhibitions as opposed to
the shows because they really are the complete
package and the next best thing to actually being on
a property inspection tour on the Costa Blanca.
